A. Core Aims & Objectives Organize praise and worship for all church services. Minister in songs for the total uplifting of the spirit of the congregation. Organize musical concerts, evangelistic programmes, and outreach events (e.g., Schools Outreach). B. The Worship Team The Worship Team's principal function is to provide, through music and under the unction of the Holy Spirit, quality worship for all services, events, and ministry opportunities. Regular duties include: Meeting weekly to rehearse for Sunday services. Ministering during Sunday services in praise and worship. Being available for corporate gatherings and special situations. Each member maintaining a daily personal worship, Word, and prayer life. Always carrying out the vision of the Senior Pastor. C. The Music Ministry (General) Ministering special music during Sunday services (solos, instrumentals, etc.). Rehearsing a minimum of 4.5 hours per week. Coordinating with the Song Leader to select music for congregational singing. Presenting major music productions during the year to involve the local church's musical talents. Making musical albums, song sheets, and recordings for ministry and fundraising purposes. D. Outreach & Broader Ministry Conducting evangelistic programmes — including school outreaches — to spread the gospel through music. Ministering to other churches and communities, not just their local congregation. Providing opportunities for as many members as possible to minister in music, not just a select few. E. Spiritual Standards & Member Requirements All members are expected to: Be born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues (Acts 2; John 3). Attend Sundays, Wednesdays, and Friday services, intercessory prayer meetings, and all rehearsals faithfully. Be teachable, submitted to authority, and have a servant's heart toward God, the church, and those they minister to. Maintain a good reputation at home, work, and school. Dress modestly and conduct themselves at a standard befitting their pastoral leaders. F. Leadership & Governance The ministry is governed by a five-member Executive Committee: President, Vice President, Secretary, Financial Secretary, and Prayer Secretary — with elections held every three years. A Music Director is appointed to handle musical training and direction, and a Board of Patrons (5–7 people) provides advisory and financial support.
